Custom software, built by the team that runs your marketing

Most agencies stop at the campaign. When a client needs a tool that does not exist, they hand over a list of vendors. Arrax writes the software instead: CRM platforms, quoting tools, training systems, internal dashboards and the integrations that connect them.

This is a working capability, not an ambition. Everything on this page is live and in daily use by the businesses we built it for.

Arrax

How custom software grows your revenue

We build what does not exist yet

Off the shelf software is built for the average of ten thousand businesses. It is very good at the common case and useless at the specific one, which is usually the part that actually decides whether a business makes money.

When we found that no CRM reported cost per booking and cost per clinic arrival the way an aesthetics group needed, we did not recommend a workaround. We wrote Arraxis.

Software that pays for itself

Custom software is only worth building when it removes a cost or unlocks revenue you can name. A quoting tool that turns a week long estimate into a same day proposal wins jobs that were previously lost to whoever replied first.

We will tell you when an existing tool is the better answer. Recommending software we do not need to build is cheaper for you and better for the relationship.

Three kinds of software we build

The work falls into three groups, and most engagements involve more than one of them.

Business platforms

Arraxis, our lead and revenue platform, is built and maintained in house. Pipelines, call tracking, role based access and revenue attribution, running on live client accounts.

Internal tools

A quoting tool that prices a basement development in minutes. A training platform with per viewer watermarked video and timed exams. Each built to one specific requirement.

Storefronts and applications

Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts, web applications, dashboards and the API integrations that connect your advertising, your CRM and your billing.

Creating Success

What makes our software actually get used?

Built around one real workflow

We build around the one workflow that decides whether the business makes money, rather than trying to digitise everything at once. Narrow scope is why these tools actually get adopted.

Owned, not rented

You own the source code and the data. There is no per seat licence that grows with your headcount and no vendor who can raise your price because switching is painful.

Maintained, not abandoned

Software is never finished. Every platform we have built is still maintained and improved by the team that wrote it, which is the part most agencies quietly cannot offer.

FAQ

FAQs about custom software development

Considering a custom build? The answers that matter:

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per project after a scoping conversation rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for almost everyone. A single internal tool and a full platform are different orders of magnitude.

A focused internal tool is usually weeks. A platform like Arraxis is months, and it is never really finished because it keeps developing alongside the business. We scope to get something useful in front of your team early rather than disappearing for a quarter.

Yes. You own the source code and your data. We host and maintain it because that is usually what clients want, but you are never locked in by ownership.

Then we will tell you to buy it. Custom software is worth building when the specific thing your business needs does not exist or exists badly. Recommending an off the shelf tool costs us a project and keeps the relationship honest.
