Cost per booking
What it costs to turn advertising spend into a person who has agreed to come in. This is the number that tells you whether the campaign and the call team are working together.

Every lead. Every rupee. Accounted for.
A lead and revenue platform we wrote ourselves, because no CRM we could buy would tell a clinic what a booked patient actually cost.
The problem
A clinic can buy leads at an excellent cost per lead and still lose money every month. Cheap leads are easy to generate. Leads that turn up, sit in the chair and pay are not.
Every CRM we evaluated reported the first number and shrugged at the second. So the reporting stopped exactly where the commercial question started.
The pipeline
The enquiry lands through a direct webhook the moment the form is submitted, not in an email someone opens an hour later.
Up to five tracked attempts, each logged against the lead with its outcome. Callbacks force a real date and time rather than a vague intention.
The patient agreed on a call. This is a commitment, not an enquiry, and it is the first number worth optimising advertising against.
The patient physically arrived at the clinic. Bookings that never arrive are the single largest silent loss in aesthetics, and almost nobody measures it.
Treatment paid for, with the amount recorded. Now the advertising can finally be judged against money rather than against form fills.
What it reports
What it costs to turn advertising spend into a person who has agreed to come in. This is the number that tells you whether the campaign and the call team are working together.
What it costs to get that person through the door. The gap between booking and landing is where most clinics quietly lose their margin, and it is invisible without this.
Which advertisement produced which sale, with the purchase amount attached. Spend in on one side, revenue out on the other, in one view.
Inside the platform
Administrators, managers, agents and reception each see what their job needs and nothing more. Agents work their own leads. Spend and revenue stay where they belong.
The clock starts when the lead arrives. Response time is measured per agent, because the single cheapest growth lever in lead generation is answering faster.
The same phone number enquiring twice is one person, not two leads. Counting it twice flatters the report and wastes an agent's afternoon.
Leads distribute automatically across the team, with quota control so the strongest closer does not quietly absorb every enquiry.
A booking that does not arrive is recorded as exactly that, so the gap between booked and landed is measurable instead of anecdotal.
Leads arrive by webhook, advertising spend is pulled through the platform API, and arrival and purchase data comes from the clinic system.
Arraxis is the clearest answer to what Arrax actually is: a marketing agency with a software team inside it. If your business needs a system that does not exist yet, that is a thing we can build rather than a thing we refer out.
