This policy explains what Arrax Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit arraxmarketing.com or reply to our ads, why we collect it, and who else receives it. Questions: info@arraxmarketing.com.
1. What we collect
When you fill in a form on our website: your name, email address and phone number. If you add them, we also collect your website or Instagram and your answers about your marketing. These answers include your biggest problem, who handles your marketing, what you need help with and your market. We also record which page you sent the form from and the ad details in its link, so we know which ad or page brought you.
If you enter your name and email on our free audit form but do not finish it, we keep what you entered and may contact you about your enquiry.
When you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form: Meta fills in your name, email and phone number from your profile, and adds our questions. You can edit everything and review it before you send it.
When you browse our website: the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity record information about your visit (section 3). Our website also uses your IP address for up to one hour to block automated spam.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free audit, by email or phone.
- To prepare for your audit call.
- To see which ads and pages bring enquiries, and to improve our ads and website.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Meta pixel. Our website uses the Meta pixel from Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta when you view our pages and when you take actions. Those actions include starting, partly completing or sending our form, clicking our buttons, playing a video and booking a call. When you send a form, the pixel may also share your email, phone number and name with Meta in scrambled (hashed) form, so Meta can match your visit to a Meta account. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to people likely to be interested. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records how you scroll, click and move through our pages, and turns this into heatmaps and session replays. We use this only to find what is unclear or not working and to improve our pages. Clarity hides what you type into our forms, so your name, email and phone number are not visible in these replays. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy terms: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
Both tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and our website still works without them.
4. Who else receives your information
- Meta: through the pixel, and for Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Lead form answers are stored by Meta and shared with us.
- Make (make.com): an automation service connected to our Facebook Page. It passes lead form enquiries to our team.
- Calendly: after you send our website form, our booking calendar opens with your name, email and answers filled in. If you book a time, Calendly stores your booking. The last screen of our Facebook lead form links to the same calendar.
- Microsoft: for Clarity.
- Hostinger: hosts our website and stores website enquiries.
- Our team’s email inbox: each website enquiry is emailed to us.
Each company handles your data under its own privacy policy, and so do other websites we link to. Our team may access your information from outside your country.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@arraxmarketing.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you further rights.
