Shopify and e-commerce marketing for US, Canada and UAE brands, with results read from real Shopify dashboards.

Arrax Marketing is a Shopify and e-commerce marketing agency for direct to consumer brands in the United States, Canada and the UAE. One team runs Meta and Google Shopping ads, produces fresh creative every week in its own studio, builds and fixes Shopify stores, and runs email and retention, all judged on revenue rather than clicks.

These figures are read from the Shopify dashboards of accounts Arrax runs. On Google Shopping, single month records include 14.94x return on ad spend for a bedding brand and 11.87x for a fashion brand. They are records from specific accounts, not a promise for every store.

02Targets, budget, channels and what we need from you, on one page, before any money is spent.
03Tracking first, then creative and campaigns. AI agents and software go in where they earn their place.
04Weekly numbers in plain English, tied to revenue. We keep what works and cut what does not.
E-commerce brands usually arrive with the same two symptoms: advertising costs that climb every month, and creative that stopped working weeks before anyone noticed. Both come from the same cause, which is producing too little creative too slowly. Paid social wears ads out fast, and an account running the same three ads for a month usually watches its cost per sale rise.
The other quiet problem is tracking. Without reliable revenue data, an account is optimised on guesswork and the platform will happily spend a budget chasing the wrong signal. Arrax fixes tracking first, then builds the creative engine on top of it.
For AARI, a handcrafted khussa and bag brand, Arrax built the Shopify storefront and produced the full asset library behind it, shot to show stitching, material and finish honestly. For Grains Home, a 65 year old furniture and kitchens brand, Arrax runs the e-commerce presence, the category structure for a large catalogue and the photography. In both cases the storefront and the creative come from one team rather than two suppliers who never speak to each other.
Before scaling ads on any store, it is worth running through our Shopify conversion checklist.
E-commerce growth is limited by creative volume and testing speed. Because Arrax runs its own studio, a weekly creative cadence is part of the job, and calls are set around your working hours.

It grows a store's revenue through paid ads, creative, email and conversion work on the store itself. The good ones fix tracking first, so every decision rests on real sales data.
It depends on your margins. Work out your break even ROAS from your margin first; anything above it is profit. Arrax e-commerce accounts have recorded between 5 and 15 times, but those are records from specific accounts. Our guide to ROAS versus profit shows the maths.
